Dai-ichi Life plans to buy rest of Tower Australia
JAPAN-based assurer Dai-ichi Life said Tuesday that it planned to take 100% control of Australian assurance and asset management group Tower Australia, paying about ¥100n ($1.2bn) to increase its stake from its current 29%, paying AUD4.00 per share.
