Scottish insurers face increase in litigation costs if government acts on Taylor Report
As the Jackson reforms reach their first anniversary in England and Wales, insurers with business in Scotland face the prospect of increased litigation costs if the recommendations of the Taylor Review, Scotland’s review of costs and funding of civil litigation, are given effect.
