Competition, collaboration and the Commonwealth
Collaboration among countries is much less prone to fall foul of anti-competition law and it follows the Commonwealth countries should not be inhibited by these laws from working together to deliver protection for members from the worst effects of climate change
The threat of climate change will require a collaborative approach both to deal with its effects and take measures to reduce carbon emissions, but insurers may need to work around anti-competition laws to do this
